Report of an expedition aboard The Panther arranged by William Bradford in 1869 to photograph the Arctic regions. The photographers, Dunmore and Critcherson, used the wet-plate collodion process in adverse conditions to document icebergs, glaciers, and indigenous people of Greenland.

2…Hard Cider and Rusty Nails
Reprint of an editorial in The American Journal of Photography and the Allied Arts, 1860, describing the use of apple cider and rusty nails as developer for ambrotypes.

3…The Kammatograph
Description of the apparatus developed and patented by Leo Kramm in England, 1897. The Kammatograph, a camera and projector in one unit, recorded up to 550 images in a spiral pattern on a circular glass plate that could then be projected.
